Booking terms

These terms apply when you request a quote or book through Paska Tour Travel Batam. The website does not process payments; bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp.

Website prices

• Package prices, currency conversion, and car rates are estimates for planning
• IDR, MYR, and SGD displays can differ from the final quote
• Hotel availability, holidays, and group size can change the total
• The price that applies is the quote we confirm on WhatsApp

When a booking is confirmed

A trip is confirmed only after we send a written quote, you accept it, and any requested deposit is received. Vehicles and rooms are not held before that.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us as early as possible if dates, group size, or hotels need to change. Change or cancellation fees depend on suppliers. We share those costs before a change is locked in.
